Hi i am relatively new to 8 ball pool, now after getting into the swing of things i am trying to complete the achievements. One of the undone achievements is 'Top of the class', it says that you have to complete the tutorial to complete it. However i am unable to locate where to access this tutorial. Can anyone help please, any and all help is appreciated.

Few minutes ago, playing on Moscow 1 vs 1, I received a challenge from someone, in the same time I was active in my match. WTH?! Fix your system dear miniclip. Do not disturb players when they are in game. Thank you.

There are times when there is a snooker and the player instead of trying to get out of it, they just pot the cue intentionally to get of the situation.
There should be rules that count people like this lose when he/she foul for maybe 3-4 times. I believe there are rules like this in real pool games. Maybe this can be another feature for higher stake games, like call pocket on all ball or just 8.

I usually play 8ballpool on my pc and I enjoy it a lot. Some day ago I've changed my nickname, I was looking for a cool one, I was LIpo now I'm Lupu. I had 13600000 coins but suddenly all changed. Now I only have 88,490. What's the problem? Maybe I can't change the name? I really need your helps. I've earnedmy coins honestly.

Hello, It's third time I'm writing to you about this matter but you didn't answer in ZENDESK, just ignoring it!!! Please solve my issue. I'm dying for my old account.

I'm going to describe the whole matter again.......

My 8 ball pool was already connected with my Facebook. But today in my ANDROID mobile I entered the game as a GUEST and mistakenly logged in with my exiting Facebook ID. Now as a result, my MAIN/OLD miniclip 8 ball pool account mixed up with that guest account I think so.

Now......
#1 when I logged in my Android mobile using my FB ID then the NEW POOL ACCOUNT appears
#2 when I load pool in FB in my PC, that time also it's shows that NEW POOL ACCOUNT
#3 But when go the Miniclip Website and logged in using FB ID then it loads my MAIN/OLD POOL ACCOUNT.

Hi there..

I am not being able to hit the white cue ball properly since past few days..... the moment I set the cue to hit the white ball, ball automatically moves away (before hitting the cue) as a result I lose my turn and it keeps happening all the time..

Can someone please explain to me, why is it, when sometimes I put Top Spin on the white ball, after it has hit the ball I'm aiming for, it comes to a sudden stop, or when I put Back Spin on the white ball, it doesn't spin back, it carries onj going forward, and in both instances I end up snookered.

How to win the following achievements: "Winner keeps it all" and "Go for broke"? In achievements descriptions I see "Win/lose an All in Match", but I already won and lost lots of "all in matches" - entered in games with a fee equal to all my coins capital...

Also, in the image above you can see that I need to win "Best of friends (Win the friend leaderbord)", but I've already done this, several times. Several consecutive weeks I received some coins for being best player from my friends. Now I see I don't have this star. What the...?
